Confidential Helpline
The MASK helpline is available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. All phone calls are strictly confidential. The privacy of the caller is maintained to the greatest extent possible.

MASK SUPPORT GROUPS
MASK support groups are facilitated by professional therapists and meets weekly to help deal with family, school, parenting and addiction issues.
Parents come together in a supportive environment and realize that they are not alone.

Yeshiva Liaison
MASK’s Yeshiva Liaison assists parents in finding the proper yeshiva. Children and teens experiencing poor academic progress, disciplinary problems, and/or lack social skills, meet with the Yeshiva Liaison and serves as a mediator between parents, child and school, as well as truancy issues. MASK arranges for testing and evaluation when deemed necessary.
Parent Support Teams
MASK offers a support and guidance program for parents who are facing family challenges. Parents who struggled and want to help others in their situation become mentors for newly struggling parents. This program enables new parents to benefit from the experience of veteran parents, who can relate to their struggles and share their knowledge and experience.
Educational Forums on Prevention
MASK is committed to providing education in a cultural-sensitive, empowering, and empathetic way by offering crisis intervention, outreach, counseling, consultation, and training, to parents, schools, faculty, and camp staff.
